Software Configuration Services
Simplify software deployment by having us install your operating system software and applications—and configure the settings to your exact requirements—all prior to shipping.
BIOS and Firmware Configuration Services
We will perform a BIOS or Firmware update on the system component (computer system board, remote management processor, network controller device, array controller device, etc). Systems will be shipped with the latest or specified firmware revision.
Asset Management Services
Keeping track of your IT infrastructure can be a difficult endeavor—our customized asset tagging makes it simple. We can label every piece of hardware with a unique asset number, which can be easily tracked within your invoice history. Our customized reporting allows Codec DSS to record this unique asset tag number on your delivery paperwork and will also be displayed on your Codec DSS Invoice.
Rack Configuration Services
Our certified technicians can mount and configure your network equipment, including servers, blade servers, routers, switches, and cabling, into a rack structure before shipping.
Burn-In and Diagnostics Services
We can test your hardware devices and run diagnostics so that you can be confident they operate properly.
