Dublin, Ireland: Wednesday, 1st June 2005
Martin Curley of INTEL spoke recently at an IT Executive Dinner hosted by DSS at Browne’s Bistro. Richard Nolan, Managing Director, said that he was delighted with the evening and that the inclusion of Martin as guest speaker proved to be a great success. Here is what just some of the guests had to say about the evening;

‘The DSS IT Executive Dinner was a highly memorable event. Everybody could participate, and the event was admirably facilitated by Richard Nolan and his team with impeccable professionalism’ Dr. Anne O’Connor (Special Advisor to the Director General, RTE)
‘The evening brought to the fore the need, so often lacking, for CEOs to think strategically and fundamentally about the value really added and the business process changes required if that is to be achieved’ Prof. Brian Norton (President, DIT)
‘It's not often that senior IT people get to discuss the value that they add to the business and Martin Curley's presentation on measuring the business value of IT was an excellent catalyst in stimulating the group’ Martin Wickham (Chief Informations Officer, ESAT BT)
‘It was very good to meet colleagues from industry and the public sector to exchange views, opinions and ideas. I found the event very useful and quite entertaining at times. I look forward to more such events’ John Lawlor (Head of Information Systems, Meath County Council)
‘It was relaxed yet it had a formal dimension in terms of the talk by Martin. It allowed conversation flow and the interaction was good’ Noel O’Connor (DIT)
‘The event was certainly a great success and stimulated a lively discussion’ Helen Keelan (INTEL)
