Global account management at DSS is all about teamwork. We provide our major customers with a single point of contact for day-to-day transactions and for problem solving. One e-mail address connects you with our team of sales support professionals. This means that, if your regular contact is out of the office, there is always someone available who is familiar with your product selections, your ordering policies and your service requirements.

The DSS major account team works closely with vendor relationship specialists, who monitor what is happening in each product line and track changes in pricing and availability. This knowledge of the manufacturers' business enables us to identify savings for our customers, frequently undercutting resellers who base their charges on 'cost plus' rules.

Warranty management is a standard part of the DSS service. We hold numerous accreditations from leading hardware manufacturers. And HPIBM and Lenovo have authorised us to provide warranty services on their behalf.
