Evaluation Program

Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning involves creating a plan and preparing for a disaster before it takes place in the hopes of minimising loss and ensuring the availability of critical systems and personnel.

The objectives of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning are:
  • Provides methods and procedures for dealing with long term outages and disasters
  • Focus on enabling critical systems running and organising key personnel at an alternate location while repairs are made
  • Establishing the mode that your organisation will run in until normal operations resume
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity are crucial part of your IT infrastructure. That is why DSS has devised this comprehensive evaluation and planning program. DSS can help you engineer your infrastructure around potential failures.

The DSS Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Evaluation Program is designed to identify the needs of your business. Rather than taking a product lead approach, our consultants take a holistic view of the problem and offer a comprehensive solution that suit your individual requirements.

The program consists of two phases:

Evaluation Program
  • Solution Design – your Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery requirements are identified and documented and a solution and an implementation plan are developed
  • Solution Implementation – the previously defined solution is implemented
